By accessing or using Refyle ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Refyle is an AI-powered batch file renaming service. You upload documents, and Refyle uses artificial intelligence to read each document and generate descriptive filenames based on the content. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.
To use Refyle, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Refyle reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Refyle's AI analyzes the content of your uploaded files to generate filenames. By uploading files to Refyle, you grant Refyle a limited license to process those files for the sole purpose of generating filenames. This license is revoked when the file is deleted after processing.
Refyle is not responsible for incorrect filenames generated by AI, data loss due to your local file management after download, or documents that fail PHI screening.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed at refyle.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Free plan users: the free plan is subject to availability and Refyle reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free plan with notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refyle offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. After 14 days, refunds are not available for partial billing periods.
Refyle and its logo, branding, and software are owned by Refyle, Inc. You retain all ownership of your files and documents. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. REFYLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED FILENAMES WILL BE ACCURATE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFYLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REFYLE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
Your use of Refyle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Refyle may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
